Nordic-Walking-Centre Lüsen

The stunning beauty as well as the calm atmosphere of the valley of Lüsen is the perfect environment for Nordic Walkers. This holistic pleasure unifies the body, spirit and soul with the surrounding nature, strengthening our health and endurance. Nordic Walking trains the whole body and thanks to an efficient and optimal technique, it activates up to 80-85 % of the muscles.

It will improve your strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. First of all you have to prepare your body for the strain, which means that either you warm up, or you start gradually. The key words are: slow, pleasant, long. We suggest you to take a heart rate monitor with you. And don’t forget to stretch the main muscle groups after each walk.

Six signposted trails

The 6 trails with different difficulties and distances are provided with a wide set of descriptive signage. Also the pleasant itineraries can be used as Nordic Walking trails, leading the walker on a variety of tracks through mountains and valleys in order to discover the fascinating nature of the Alps.
