This retreat is hosted by Studio Y3 Zürich, bringing together a shared approach to movement, breath, and mindful presence. The experience is primarily guided by Cecilia and Vanessa, whose complementary teaching styles create a grounded and immersive experience.
Cecilia is the Founder of Studio Y3 and the creator of the Cecilia Jane Method. Her teaching is rooted in building strength while softening tension, guiding both body and mind toward a deeper sense of stillness. Her classes are thoughtfully curated, weaving together music, breath, and mindful movement to cultivate presence and embodiment. With a background in psychology, Cecilia brings a nuanced understanding of the connection between movement, awareness, and overall well-being, supporting participants in reconnecting with themselves on a deeper level.
Vanessa is the General Manager of Studio Y3 and one of the studio’s instructors. She brings a dynamic yet grounded approach to the retreat, offering practices that challenge while remaining accessible and inclusive. Her teaching creates a space where participants can explore freely, without pressure or judgment, finding both strength and softness within their practice. Vanessa draws from a life lived across cultures and years of learning from global teachers.
Depending on the flow of the retreat, an additional Studio Y3 instructor may join to support and enrich the experience, offering further variety and perspective within the practice. Together, the team holds space for a retreat that is both energising and restorative, inviting you to step away from the pace of daily life and return to yourself with greater clarity, balance, and ease.
