A NEW ERA OF ME - with Debby Reuter & Annika Just
A week of movement, recovery and reconnection — blending yoga, mobility, strength training, nature and deep rest in the quiet beauty of the Dolomites.
The Indian Summer Mountain Retreat is an invitation to step away from everyday pace and reconnect with what restores you — physically, mentally and emotionally. Set amidst the quiet beauty of the Dolomites, at the Naturhotel Lüsnerhof, this retreat brings together mindful movement, deep regeneration and the grounding rhythm of nature.
Designed for both men and women, the retreat combines Jivamukti Yoga, Mobility, functional strength training, Pilates and guided hikes with generous time for spa, rest and slow mornings. Days are intentionally structured yet spacious — creating room for movement, recovery, meaningful connection and healthy routines that can naturally integrate into everyday life.
With an exclusive group size of maximum 12 participants, the atmosphere remains personal, calm and supportive. Nourishing cuisine, mountain air and the stillness of autumn in the Alps create the perfect setting to reset the nervous system, recharge energy levels and return home feeling clearer, stronger and more grounded.
A retreat shaped by movement, nature and simplicity.
An experience designed to stay with you long after the week ends.
The retreat language will be German and/or English depending on the needs of the group.
Each day at the StrongHER Retreat follows a gentle rhythm—designed to support strength, balance and restoration, while leaving space for your own personal journey.
We invite you to become part of a like-minded community and a thoughtfully curated program, while also honoring moments of solitude, rest and a slower pace of life. The retreat offers structure without rigidity, allowing each day to unfold naturally in response to the group, the environment and the energy of the moment.
Movement practices, workshops and sessions are held with care and intention. At the same time, there is ample space to enjoy the spa, nature and quiet moments to yourself.
Please note that yoga classes, movement sessions and other activities may shift slightly due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Your openness and flexibility allow us to create the most aligned and nourishing experience possible.
