Anna Theresa Klauda // 01.10. - 05.10.2026

Anna Theresa Klauda is a yoga teacher and health psychologist (M.Sc.) based in Munich. She completed her 550+ hour yoga teacher training with Dr. Patrick Broome, where she discovered and fell in love with yoga as an integrated practice of asana, pranayama, meditation and energy work. Since then, she has deepened her teaching through further training in Functional Yoga, breathwork and yoga philosophy, combining these practices with her many years of experience as a fitness trainer and her background in psychology. Her classes are not about performance or perfection. Instead, they focus on what yoga can truly offer: a strong and healthy body, a steady mind and a path inward — back to yourself. Always with plenty of space for lightness, curiosity and a good sense of humor.
