Marie offers Pilates as a mindful, holistic practice that brings body, mind, and breath into harmony, deepening body awareness. Her classes blend fluid movement, targeted strengthening, and balance, supported by conscious breathing and attentive presence. At the heart of the practice is letting go, sensing body and energy, and cultivating inner balance. The sessions invite participants to leave feeling strengthened, grounded, and filled with a sense of lightness and inner clarity.
Laura Carbone // 26.03 - 29.03.2026
Laura Carbone is a medium, voice alchemist, and modern mystic. She is known for the transformative frequencies of her voice, which deeply touch people, open inner processes, and inspire lasting change. During her time at Lüsnerhof, Laura offers sound experience spaces, voice workshops, and mediumistic sessions, working with her voice and crystalline frequencies. These formats create regenerative moments and invite participants to reconnect with their authentic voice and essence. Laura’s work exists at the intersection of ritual, ceremony, artistic devotion, and spiritual activism. She understands the authentic voice as a gift for individual and collective liberation.
Dana Sertel // 23.05. - 28.05.2026
Dana Sertel is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher with over 800 hours of training and is based in Berlin. There, she teaches yoga regularly when she is not leading workshops and retreats internationally. She also trains yoga teachers and teaches with depth, precision, heart, and humor. Alongside her many years of yoga practice, Dana brings extensive experience from the corporate world. She worked for many years as a consultant and continues to advocate for a more conscious approach to stress and performance pressure in today’s modern working environment. Together with two colleagues, she co-founded the podcast “Wake Up Wind Down”, which featured daily guided meditations. Dana’s teaching is powerful, clearly structured, and at the same time accessible. Her classes combine physical intensity with mindfulness, philosophical context, and carefully curated music. She understands yoga as a lived practice that extends far beyond the mat.
Sukkhadas Ingo Auer // 23.05. - 28.05.2026
For over 25 years, Sukkhadas has been guiding people on their path toward greater clarity, presence, and inner strength. His approach weaves together breathwork, cold exposure, meditation, and conscious body awareness into a sustainable practice for resilience and inner stability.
For Sukkhadas, the Wim Hof Method is not a trend, but a path of meeting oneself with honesty. The cold allows no distraction and creates immediate presence. His work is authentic, respectful, and individually tailored. He supports people in moving safely and mindfully beyond their comfort zones—always at their own pace.

Bryony Kenndoff offers a holistic yoga practice deeply rooted in authentic Indian tradition, extending far beyond purely physical postures. Her style blends dynamic flows with meditative elements such as Yoga Nidra and Pranayama, creating a conscious bridge between body and mind. She places strong emphasis on a decolonized and respectful approach, allowing space for individual self-awarenessand inner calm, and welcoming participants of all experience levels.
Sascha Peschke // 27.08. - 01.09.2026
As a holistic practitioner and lecturer in physiological relationships within the body, Sascha Peschke is dedicated to teaching the powerful interconnection between movement, breathwork, and mental attitude. In his sessions, he offers meaningful glimpses into the body’s inner landscape.
His holistic teaching style blends deep, conscious breathing, joyful movement, and playful body awareness to promote calm, focus, and transformative inner cleansing processes.
Claudia Peschke // 27.08. - 01.09.2026
Claudia Peschke supports individuals in reconnecting with their natural balance through Yin Yoga and the ancient wisdom of the five elements. Her vision is to create spaces where deep calm, grounding, and inner clarity become tangible.
At Lüsnerhof, she gently guides guests into long, grounding stretches along the backside of the body, encouraging trust, release, and renewed vitality emerging from soothing stillness.
Besjana Rexha // 19.08. - 25.08.2026
Jana’s classes blend fluid, grounding, and dynamic movement with breathwork and tools from nervous system regulation, focusing on guiding participants back into their bodies. Her approach supports a return to clarity, inner calm, and an embodied sense of spaciousness.
It is a practice rooted in deep feeling—not in force. The intention is to cultivate conscious body awareness, allow emotions to move and be felt, and open into a genuine, heartfelt presence.
Karli Franki Charli // 15.09. - 22.09.2026
Karli is a 500-hour qualified yoga teacher with over a decade of experience, offering retreats that support connection through movement, breath, and presence. Her teaching blends strong, breath-led vinyasa flows with somatic and touch-based practices, creating supportive spaces where participants are invited to slow down, feel, and dive beneath the surface. Grounded in both physiological and psychological exploration, Karli uses mindful touch and carefully curated music to deepen awareness and emotional connection. Her retreats balance strength and softness, inviting students to meet themselves with care and curiosity. (classes held in english)
Stefanie Pauli // 15.10. - 19.10.2026
Stefanie is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and sound therapy practitioner based in Zurich and the Swiss mountains. By mindfully weaving together movement, breathwork, and therapeutic sound, she opens spaces of inner peace, clarity, and genuine presence.
Her soothing voice and evocative language add a poetic, playful dimension to her transformative yoga and meditation sessions. In her deeply restorative sound baths and sound meditations, she guides participants to gently surrender into the nourishing softness of body and mind.
