Jana Rexha // 03.09. - 09.09.2026

Jana’s classes blend fluid, grounding, and dynamic movement with breathwork and tools from nervous system regulation, focusing on guiding participants back into their bodies. Her approach supports a return to clarity, inner calm, and an embodied sense of spaciousness.
It is a practice rooted in deep feeling—not in force. The intention is to cultivate conscious body awareness, allow emotions to move and be felt, and open into a genuine, heartfelt presence.

Hanna Jürgens is a yoga teacher, actress, mother, traveller, and someone who is constantly curious—about people, places, and things, and time and again, about herself. She worked for many years as a consultant and continues to advocate for a more conscious approach to stress and performance pressure in today’s modern working environment. Together with two colleagues, she co-founded the podcast “Wake Up Wind Down”, which featured daily guided meditations. Dana’s teaching is powerful, clearly structured, and at the same time accessible. Her classes combine physical intensity with mindfulness, philosophical context, and carefully curated music. She understands yoga as a lived practice that extends far beyond the mat.
