Laura Zimmermann // 28.07. - 03.08.2026
Laura Zimmermann guides her participants through a mindful yoga practice that unites body intelligence, strength, and lightness. Her classes combine flowing sequences with conscious breathing, functional strengthening, and mobility work to cultivate presence, stability, and a harmonious sense of embodiment. The breath initiates and leads every movement, while the alternation between activation and relaxation allows tension to dissolve and the body to be strengthened with intention. The practice is precise and dynamic, yet accessible, fostering strength, flexibility, and balance in equal measure. Yoga has accompanied Laura’s professional path for over ten years. In addition, she works as a holistic nutrition consultant and health coach specializing in prevention and health management. She also teaches Pilates and Pilates Reformer, adding a functional dimension to her approach. Her classes are ideal for guests who wish to practice yoga with awareness, recharge their energy, and bring body and mind into harmony.
